ASPRO

Single-product front hopper
for seed drilling or fertilising

The ASPRO front tank is designed to work with drills and cultivators of varying brands, up to a working width of 6m. The ASPRO front tank is capable of distributing seed or fertiliser accurately via a single transfer pipe to the rear implement.

ASMAX

Multi-purpose front hopper for seed drilling and fertilising, especially in tough, heavy-duty conditions.
2400L up to 500hp

The ASMAX front tank has two metering units and a variable split hopper making it capable of metering seed, fertiliser or both at the same time. Combined with a rear distribution system it is designed for the professional user and to work varying brands of drills and cultivators up to a working width of 8m with seed only, or 6m with seed and fertiliser.

AIRBOOST

The AIRBOOST multifunctional hopper is designed for high
performance combined with precision and versatility in all conditions. Available with 2 or 3 high-performance metering units, it can be used to distribute from 1 to 3 different products simultaneously, with 1 or 2 distribution heads. It has a load capacity of 2400L or 3200L.

DOSAL

Accurate high capacity metering.

Stainless steel metering unit suitable for large and small seeds and Fertiliser.

The Flexible DOSAL metering unit is designed for maximum volumes alongside precision for small seeds. It utilises an adjustable metering roller and adjustable gears to achieve unbeatable accuracy with small and large seeds as well as fertiliser.

TURBO ROTAL

The Turbo Rotal system is an innovative solution for an issue that affects all drills especially when using long seed pipes at wider working widths. It consists of a spinning impeller located in the centre of the distribution head that promotes more uniform distribution of the seed to the individual outlets.

Even distribution for uniform application (JET-X ONLY)

This improves the consistency of seed volume delivered to each outlet by 50% which, coupled with Alpego attention to detail throughout the other elements of the metering and distribution, provides market leading accuracy.

Seed flow in standard distribution heads will favour shorter pipes with less back pressure and the “downhill pipes” when working on slopes. The Turbo Rotal system prevents or reduces this bias ensuring even distribution.

ASPRO

The ASPRO front hopper is designed for use in combination with a coulter bar up 6m wide for cereals or for distributing fertiliser when combined with different types of machinery (weeders, precision drills, cultivators etc).

ASMAX

The ASMAX is a multifunctional front hopper which can be used for simultaneously distributing seed and fertiliser up to 6m working width. In its single product configuration it is designed for sowing cereals up to a working width of 8m or for distributing fertiliser when combined with different types of machinery (weeders, precison drills, cultivators etc)

AVION

Alpego’s ultra high-performance volumetric metering unit

AIRBOOST is available with 2 or 3 new AVION high-performance metering units, constructed throughout in stainless steel with distribution from 1.5 to 480 kg/ha. It can be used to distribute from 1 to 3 different products simultaneously in combination with different types of attachments, with 1 or 2 distribution heads. Available with load capacity of 2400 l or 3200 l.

AFDS

Distribution systems

Alpego have designed a bespoke fertiliser distribution system to enable the ASMAX and ASPRO to be used in combination with precision seed drills, harrows and cultivators. The AFDS system utilises distribution heads, 60mm pipework and cyclones.

STANDARD SEED & FERTILISER

The standard seed and fertiliser configuration includes front hopper, conveying tube and rear distribution head and pipes.

FERTILISER AFDS

The fertiliser configuration, with a dedicated distribution head, enables the front hopper to work in combination with various machines: weeders, precision seeddrills, cultivators, rollers, etc ...

OPTIONAL DISTRIBUTION HEAD
Ideally mounted centrally to a drill or cultivator, to give the best distribution of seed, this is enhanced by the Turbo Rotal turbine within the top of the distribution head.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Electronic half width shut off 2+2 tramlining, monitors, press wheels, ballast kits, ect.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL DISTRIBUTION HEAD FOR FERTILISER
A dedicated distribution head with a reduced number of outlets is available for distribution of fertiliser combined with different types of equipment.
